Rooibos is a good source of antioxidants and the only known source of a potent antioxidant called aspalathin. It is a naturally calming substance and helps to maintain healthy skin, teeth and bones.

Green Rooibos is made from the same plant. With Green Rooibos, the fermentation process is skipped, and the “green” leaves and stems are dried directly.
